NeworkAgendacom has deducted $9.95 on June 25, 2009 from checking account without my permission. I have never heard of NetworkAgendacom before today until I checked my account records. I need to know how I can get my money back and to make sure that this dosen't happen again. I would appreciate any information concerning the matter.
