In June 2008 I switched from Netzero dial up at $4.95 a month to DSL. I thought I agreed to $21.95 something a month for just basic service plus Norton Internet Security ( A real loser). But I had no errors in my bill for 4 years so I was trusting. However as I was analyzing my charges: for 7/08 $19.94; 8/08 $33.36;9/08 18.58;10/14 $40.14;11/08 29.84.

When I called and complained I was told that I ordered games. How could I ? I never play games!

Then I was told that if I cancel before June 2009, I have to pay a $150 cancellation fee. I was never told this!

Do I have any way to get my overcharges back?
