I have been told by another Investment advisor that Luxman Trading Concepts is in the process of renaming their corrupt limited partnership to CTI and has a 1.5 million dollar lawsuit. I have repeatedly written to the California State Attorney General's office but have gotten only lame results... They don't seem to want to do their assigned task that the people have entrusted them with... I have contacted the IRS Compliance & Enforcement office of Fresno, CA. and haven't received anything yet... This Luxman group continues to defy the law with impunity. Just unbelievable!!! Luxman did acknowledge on 3/15/10 that "I was due a refund and would receive it shortly". Well here it is in late June 2010 and nothing!!
Luxman created a loophole to weazel out of a prompt refund and "shortly" could mean anytime between now and doomsday! Apparently, the California Department of Justice Attorney General Office has let this pass.

I have sent the California Department of Justice Attorney General Office copies of complaints by others who were robbed of their refund and had their trading funds really decimated..all apparently to no avail!!

I WANT JUSTICE FOR MYSELF AND ALL THE OTHER VICTIMS OF LUXMAN!!!
