I went through the process to order the free product. When they called to confirm the order, I told them that I did not want anything which had to be canceled in 15 days. I asked them to cancel the order immediately.
Several weeks later I received a bottle of Acai Berry. I immediately called and said that I was not supposed to receive this product. The gentleman I talked to assured me that he had canceled the order. I asked if I need to return the bottle. He told me that I didn't need to. He did not bother to give me the RMA number which I would have needed to return the product. That was on Jan 13.
I received my March credit card statement and discovered a shipping charge for $5.95 posted on 1/22 from Newacaisupreme, and an $88.62 charge posted on 2/3 from Acaiberrypow. The phone number listed with Newacaisupreme does not work. I called the Acaiberrypow number and am waiting for a call back. I also called the credit card company and have started the dispute process for both charges. After reading the complaints, I have less confidence of receiving any satisfaction from this company.
