I was contacted by Carl from New Concepts for Success in August 2007. It was a program guaranteed or 100% money refund. I lost $189.00 because the program is a scam. The website was terminated and the phone lines have been disconnected. I have reported all facts to the attorney general and pray that no one else is as foolish as I have been. My sympathies for all the other investors who were conned.
