Just read all the letters from the above people my case is the same as all of the above ordered some Lloyd Loom childrens furniture told it would be 2-4 weeks that was on the 3/11/09.I cancelled my order and was told a refund will be sent ha ha can not get hold of them by phoning always engaged have now emailed them on the 22/02/10 saying if i do not have the full amount repayed into my bank within 7 days legal action will be taken. I will then also go to there local news paper Northern Echo, office fair trading and watchdog.
As already been said we cannot let this company get away with this.
