Well I bought a Brand new out of the box HP presario, WOW great pc...Or so I thought. It came with everything you could want!
Well after about 2 weeks the first problem showed up. MS office picture editing stop working. can't do anything. keeps asking me for a reg # I don't have that info. Then, "Hue boot" stop working, checked that out on line...found there is no cure for that. HP wont offer a fix, and wont do anything about it.

Then MS office stop working. again asked me for the Key code? I was never given that info. OK them Nortons security..."Which in my opinion is highly over rated in the first place." Nortons say's Oh, well it's only a 60 trial. no problem there, I found two others I think run rings around Nortons piece of crap software. So, PC is working, but without some thing's I wish I had. MS office. Oh and the funny this is, yeah if I buy MS office? it runs $231.00 Well I got around that thanks to the GREAT People over at SoftOffice.
But I do miss the windows mail portion of MS office. I enjoy they way it works and the set-up. And in additon, I was never give reboot disk for the PC! Best buy never gave them to me. I was told it's in the PC you copy them off to your disk. Well, that's all well and fine...BUT ! When items stop working? Copying a boot disk is worthless. You know at one time HP was great, I'd never own another one. so here I set with $987.00 of HALF working system. SUCKS! I'm going to throw it away since no one want sto help me! I'll get something else. $1, 000 Bucks shot! BE CAREFUL gang!
