Came into contact with this company through promotion in Debenhams store Newcatle (contacted HO not dealing with this company any more). Doing offer 2 for price of one. make over, ie make up hair and photo shoot with complimentary photo. Bought two lots, was intending doing individual then one group photo with two daughters. So therefore would be useing one card each for individuals so would have one left over person doing pro mo said this was ok. Turns out this was incorrect. Any way got that sorted and was offerd small complementary group one this was ok. However studio very cramped not offerd many drinks but coffee didn't taste very nice (dride milk?). Rooms very cramped had to change in same room we had photo in props not as advertised only had very old scruffey black chair and sometimes change of wall paper. However reason for complaint was had to pay £5 postage for each photo, information states recorded delivery this they later admitted never happens. Also they did not come in seperate envelopes. All came together in one cheap cardboard envelope postage 79p. Why is it therefore I had to pay £20. I have phoned their Head Office in London and spoken first to Mathew (Matty) and then Nadia.
