I Joan Dirschedl applied for a credit card online with the New Millenium Bank online and they charged my checking account a fee of 69.95 for service charge. They said they can't refund it even though they didn't issue me a credit. They then sent me a letter saying they have a card for me but I would need to go to a place and setup a deposit into this account because it will be a secured card. I don't this card.
