I bought a 3 Boxed DVD Complete series set from the DVDCraze.com company that insists it has state of the art TV series on DVD. It took 4 months to get to me, cost me $90 and what I got were 8 episodes of what I wanted on 8 DVD's taken off a New Zealand TV station, complete with commercials and bits of a TV series I didn't ask for as an added bonus. I want what I paid for. Not what I got. But I have been told that the Warranty for anything I order is 3 months. If it takes 4 months to get to me- how can I return it in 3 months?
