Not only was the room dirty, I had to wait over an hour after being put back into the room and finally Azmi Farag M.D. came into the room did not wash his hands or clean the area on my face being treated and walked into the room with bottle of botox already opened. I wandered how long it had been sitting there since I really had no results after a week and longer as nothing had happened. I had heard good things about his practice but having one visit was enough he rushed out of the room as if he needed to attend to someone urgently when i was told i was the last patient.
