My family suffered a complete loss of everything we owned in a house fire in "2006".We were fully insured by N.Y.C.M . and to this date have yet to see any money on our claim as a matter of fact our claim was not even officially denied.We had to hire an attorney and are now still waiting after over 4 years to even see the inside of a court room.The attorney representing us is also representing 3 other clients that have lawsuit against N.Y.C.M for non payment on their claims.I have researched N.Y.C.M and found they have a reputation of not paying and starving out their paying clients...
stay away from this company..get your homeowners and other insurance needs from a reputable agency ...this company is run by crooks and all they want to do i screw over people...
