Keith Service acts as Director of the Office of Professional Discipline . Mr Servis a corrupt individual who abuses his authority . He accepts bribes to "look the other way" and ignore legitimate complaints made against doctors. He also accepts bribes to persecute doctors who are whistle blowers. Doctors who go rogue are targeted by corrupt hospitals that commit medicare fraud and Mr Servis acts as accomplice making charges against these whistle blower docs and he tries to have their licenses suspended and/or revoked.

Servis is a vindictive person who worked for the pharmaceutical industry previously where he routinely accepted grafts.
