Placed an order for three items, and was charged for three items.

Newitts only sent one of the three and logged the order as completed. They do not answer their telephone contacts listed on the website and will not contact you by phone if you email a request for them to do so.

I received a very unsatisfactory response from them, and although they did refund some of the money because they got it wrong, they could not meet the order they initially took my money for.

I would recommend to avoid as unreliable and unprofessional.
