I ordered a battery for my MP4 player. On arrival it was clearly the wrong battery as it did not look anything like the revious battery I returned it unused within 2 days. To date i have been told the battery was used, it want...why/how would I use a battery that did not fit? To adte I have no battery, no further response and no cash back. I have cancelled my debit card as the Company is clearly out to take my money. newmp3technology.com now has my £ and my battery, meaning they can resell it for a further £20. Definately a scam!
