I had paid for subscription for two years vide your scheme no. PCC@350.

My reader ID is PC CX 4537 and Form no. is 221909.

My name is Dayanand D. Samant.

Now the subscription year has ended however still I have not received coupons for second year. I have lodged the complaint to you vide no. HT 81805 dated 4th August 2008. I do not know the status of the same.

At the time of subscription it was told to me that second year’s coupons shall be delivered to me by courier well before ending of the first year and still I am running from pillar to post for want of second year’s coupons.

Do the needful
