I renewed my NewsWeek Magazine through Dial America. Although I had 3 months left on my original subscription they begin sending me the new request immediately. I was getting 2 NewsWeek Magazines each week. Called Newsweek or Dial America, cannot remember which. They agreed to stop the duplications and would renew my subscription when the current one expired.

I now have not receive a NewsWeek Magazine for 3 weeks now and have been unable to find a phone number for Dial America or NewsWeek to straighten this out!
