When I printed the terms and called them back and asked them to tell me exactly in their terms where it stated you would be charged for the trial bottle if you didn't call within the trial period to cancel, of course they couldn't tell me where it stated that, and said I would have a refund to my card within 5 business days.

This is a scam from the very start. Was very stupid of me to think that an offer to good to be true was actually true. The customer service representatives are very rude but if you are persistent about the terms, you should at least get a credit for one shipment becasue again, in their terms of offer they don't state that you will be charged for the trial bottles if you don't cancel within 14 days.
