I have purchased 3 vehicles from Newsome Chevrolet, Florence South Carolina 2002 chev, 2003 chev, 2007 chev. I gave Newsome chev the top marks on their critique of service 2007 chev did it because I know they are workers and I wanted to be kind.

Four new tires had 25 lbs of air, should be 30 psi, and the new car preparation was unsatisfactory.

Same week brought in 2003 Chev for service oil etc., told to check tires, fluids etc., again unsatisfactory service 27 lbs of air in tires should be 30psi. This goes back to the unsatisfactory service in 2002. Called the general mgr Mr. Scott Scivey responded with an unsatisfactory attitude and did not offer to resolve my problems. I will not return for futher service on my 2003 chev and 2007. Punitive measures should be taken against Mr. Scott Scivey. Thank you.
