The company advertise that they offers first time customers a free trial with no charge, (section 3.2 Free Trials and section 2.3.2.1 Trial Membership Period) Plus the agreement does not state clearly that the total annual fee will be immediately from customer's checking account. The customer unsterstood a $5.99/mo as adverstised in the Home Page ad. Customer Service informed the first time customer that the company does not offer a Free Trial and has not for the past three (3) years. Because of this misleading information customer wishes to cancel agreement and request full refund or credit back to his account
