	October 20, 2008 unauthorize billing/false information by csr I am being charged 40.31 for a site that I do not recall joining at all. Upon trying to get my credit back and my money their custmer service is giving me the run around. Was on the phone with one useless agent for 40 mins asking for a supervisor. Till some guy came to the phone probably gave me a fake name and told me that the company isnt with them and they have been sent to another company. I am tired and I am ready to sue them. I am about to contact my attorney for this matter
