saw a declined transaction on my debit card for 49.95, by NEWWEBSVC.COM I dont know qwho they are or why they tried to charge me, kept looking at my statement and so they charged me last month and it went through. who is it?

this company charged me $49.98 but i have no idea who this company is or how they got my card number
