I went on line on March 3, 2010 looking for MBT shoes for sale and I found a company who was selling MBT shoes and the prices were very reasonable, so I decided to buy 3 pairs. They arrived on March 11, 2010. As I looked at the outer package of the box it had chinese writings/characters on the mailing packaging. I then opened the package and to look at the shoes I ordered. The first pair I opened was the Tataga C Dove MBT style, it looked too long for a size 5 women shoe. I then opened the second box, it was Chapa MBT style and it also looked too long for a size 5 women shoe. I then opened the third box, it was the same as the first box i opened another Tataga CDove MBT. I'm already using MBT shoes, so I compared the shoes I already have to the 3 pairs of shoe I received and I was right, They were way too big for a size 5 women shoe. I then looked at the mailing package for a returning address and there was none. i went on line to their e-mail to me confirming my payment, because i paid thru pay pal and i found the area where to contact them for returning items. I sent an e-mail that evening. The next day I check if they e-mail me back, there was none. I then sent another
e-mail that day, 12 March 2010. Today is the 14 March 2010, and at this time I have not receive an e-mail from them to instruct me the process of returning the 3 shoes I bought. I have this feeling I've been duped by this company. I also think that this company is bogus. On their return policy, it says that I have 8 days to return items I bought, but it looks like they will not return my e-mail until the 8 days is pass.
To anyone reading this e-mail hopefully you're smart enough not to buy anything from this company.
