I have been seen in Nextcare several times and noticed a lot of things that should not go on and Im sure its due to poor management! I have made several complaints to their compliance line and nothing gets done! Ive been waiting before to been seen and the manager was upfront with the receptionist with her feet up on the counter talking shit about one of their employees, she was cusing and etc.. then I get called to the back and have witnessed that the black nurse was just sitting in the corner doing nothing and talking on the phone and texting on her cell phone, and with all of this the clinic was busy! Seems to me they need to pay close attention to the management because Im sure there is plenty to do!!!
