NextRx called my home to refill a prescription. They did not talk to me but to my wife. She said to do the refill. That was the wrong thing to do! I did not want my prescription refilled due to an upcoming doctor's appointment. So I called NextRx back just a half hour later and I was told that the prescription could not be canceled!

NextRx did 2 things wrong: 1. They didn't talk to me personally. 2. They wouldn't allow cancellation within half an hour.

I'll never do business with NextRx again! They should refund my money
