NR&K does NOT answer their phones. Their web site has a link to CONTACT but it does NOT work. I have an issue with a person, "India" bad driver, and I can't even get a hold of my insurance agent. NR&K is the worst. I just got my NEW BILL but contacting these people is WORTHLESS. I need someone else.
