Noisey, neighbors, Rearding the people above my unit, this tenate has new roomates everytime to meet her rent. The children run all over the unit upstairs. I address the issue many times from the second month I moved in here, which was April of 2009. The management sent out notices several times with little cooperation. I address the issue regarding the cigarettes butts all over the grounds and how she should put the away in a container not throw on the grounds, pointing out she could start a fire. I also pointed out the fact that there is a play ground and club house for the kids to run and play at. Tenate claim this is normal activity, the noise and running upstairs, not at the expense of annoying the neighbors in the units under them. Where is the rule that people can make noise up until 9:00pm? I don't think so.
