At first they told me that I would receive the purchased Iphone in a matter of days that was according to them from 7 to 10 days which was the estimate time of the shipment. After ten days I was told that the product was out of stock and that I would be refunded. I was neither refunded, nor they gave any specific explanation of why the whole procedure was taking so long. I was trying to contact them via e-mail and by phone with no luck at all.
