The service we received at Ninos in Kenilworth Centre was SHOCKING!

The food arrived 45 minutes after we had ordered. Each order was cold, and my chips were under cooked. The smoked chicken on our ciabatta sandwiches was frozen in the centre, and my avocado was unripe and tasting of rubber. My friend's cheese tramazini was mouldy. The waitress was quite unapologetic and we were very disappointed overall!

To top it all off, the music played in the 'background' was completely overbaring and inappropriate for a coffee shop. We could hardly hear ourselves speak.

Overall, it was an unpleasant experiance.

We will never go there again!
