I took my Murano in to fix a recall item and while there I was looking around. The salesman asked if i was interested into a new car and I explained that I still had about six months left on my lease. He stated they had a great year end rebate going on and could make me a good deal on a Maxima. After several hours back and forth they finally got close to the payment I wanted but insisted that I should put money down which I did not want to. I had leased six other Nissans and had never put anything down but the first month's payment. I told them I wasn't in a hurry and I would just wait. They kept pushing saying that if I waited I would be even further over in mileage and wouldn't I rather put that money toward a new car than to waste it on mileage. I finally agreed to put an additonal $600 down only to find out days later after I had already signed the deal that I was actually not over my mileage and had more mileage allowance than I thought because I had a 39month lease intead of a 36 month lease. But that is not the worst part. The deal we made had them paying off the balance of the lease on my Murano. The payoff amount we were given was only good through a certain day which they were well aware of and they had plenty of time to get it paid but they paid it late which caused the payoff amount to incread by $900 which is being billed to me. They responded to my original email and stated they would take care of it and that I would not be responsible for the increase but now they haven't responded to my numerous emails over the last month. I guess they think if they ignore me I will go away. They are very wrong. I just hate that on top of all the other money cost me I have to pay to file a small claims suit because they will not do the right thing. This dealership is the worst I have ever dealt with and I will never go to them for anything again.
