This company never told me how much the cost would approximately cost me, they told me I had the option of free shipping material or the more expensive material and when I got my invoice...It was WAY more than it should have been. They charged me $125 per man for stairs that were not used and 150 per man for an one flight elevator ride. When I called asking for a invoice to be faxed, it took them 2 days when the supervisor said it would take 2 minutes. The person that I was picking up furniture from, nothing was discussed with him and signed a invoice for the time that the men started and left his house...I get a total invoice of $646 for a bunch of BS! I will find a way of getting my money back from this company.
