well i got it for christmas in 2007 i have never been able to get signal from where i live, i wrote 5 times no response to my trouble, i drive 5 miles it will work, but i cant even get in coming here at my home not even outside, but its worthless to me and now i have 58.00 credit but cant get it they say for services, i ask what services, but you people are no more than thiefsnot refunding peoples money a big rip off, i even told them to send a person out to check for signal they wouldnt, all they done was check my zip code and said i had signal well bull come check it for yourself, all i want is my money back that you stole from me, you people sure dont do much a job trying to fix things with your customers, i have yet to get an answer from you people, and i will tell people not to buy your phones, if this is the kind of sevice i get, all i want is my money back or get service where i live, john
