receeived a judgement letter from the court today 10-11-08 for a pass due credit card from capital One for $200.00 from 2003. Letter states that i must appear in Chelsea district court on 11/14/08 for payment terms. Nver receive any information to go to small claims cour to defend my self. I s this legite?
