So my scope of practice began on may 27, 2010 and I'm goin to college to become a medical assistant. Its a 7 month program, I was on my last module and that is my externship. My first day at the site at granada hills and I've never met an unprofessional M.A who was in the processes of training me, and it became to an abusive situation where she try degrading me everyday. I gave her nothing but my nicest attitudes qnd hardworking abilities. And yet was treated as if she hated me. Ibspoke to my coordinator, and my MD. About this issue and all they told me was " don't listen to her your doing Good. Everyone would say he was just jealous and was afraid of geting replaced. So I gave her green lights till yellow lights n finally I had it she told me to come back for a week because month for no reason and I said why and she gave me an excuse of how ran my mouth? ?. Now I gave her the red light and told my self this woman is literally harassing me. And I've said you know what theirs ither site who want to hire me n I'll make this my last day. I've desided to speak to the MD and the M.A lady trys to kik me out. I was shocked. The M.D did help me. But I steel think that was such a harassment during my externship experience.
