i bought a nokia 5310 mobile June 2008 it failed to work on the 14 th day itself i gave my mobile to anokia care. After three and a half weeks they replaced my handset with a another one which doesn't look like new one and even that one didn't worked, so the very next day i went again again they took 2 weeks to replace another set even that one had some bugs which i was not able to recognize early.I went to nokia care again after 3 months.After 3 weeks they replaced my handset with same problem and again i went and this continued for 4 times.Now i filed a case against the dealer in consumer court.But up to now i was not able to use my mobile . I have spent rs 9300 for buying this crap.
