I purchased NOKIA 6270 a few months ago. I totally fed up with the mobile. I was constrained to go NOKIA CARE CENTER many times wasting all my valuable official hours, energy, fuel etc.etc. I gained only MENTAL AGONY. After several attempts my handset [NOKIA 6280] was swapped with NOKIA 6280. Unfortunately this too giving me problems like, AUTO RESTART, HANGING, CAMERA NOT FUNCTIONING, POOR AUDIO. So I went to HCL-NOKIA CARE CENTER, CHENNAI-2 on 21st, 22nd, 24th & 25th MAY 2007. (JOB SHEET No.3200203764) They did something, repaired the above said problems, but I face a new problem of SIM REGISTRATION FAILED. I highlighted this to HCL-NOKIA CARE CENTER, CHENNAI-2. But in vain. They ignore my complain and pain. I insisted for replacement. WHAT A POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY NOKIA AND HCL-NOKIA CARE.
