I buy a Nokia 3230 hand set from Deekay Beauty Centre , Ludhiana, Punjab vide bill no 33445 dated 22.02.2007 after few days ringer of mobile get faulty and on dated 01.11.2007 i went to local Nokia Care near Krishna Mandir, Ludhiana vide my complaint number 77 along with another brand new set of same denomination so that nokia people may recognise the fault early and do the needful after sale service but to my surprise they are making new & new excuses and stressed upon to leave the mobile for few days for checking and their way of speaking is very rude. I am surpises if Nokia can not provide after sale service then why such centre are established there and what is the fun in buy a mobile with bill. This company itself is enforcing people to buy sets in black market because it can't povide after sale service. Still i blame myself for buying the mobile of nokia company that too with bill.
