I purchased Nokia N76 on 31-05-07 for rs.21000/- After purchase, my handset is swapped one time by Nokia Care, as silver paint peeled, but after every month I have same problem, that silver part is changed thrice, again still as on 2-10-07, my handset is still with Nokia Care from last 4-5 days. I don't have time to again and again go to Nokia care and wait for hours there. Company can't cheat consumers like this. I want company to give me another model worth same cost, as I had submitted my handset four times with Nokia care for the same complain.
