I bought a Nokia 5130 Music Express at Goa (10-11-2009 in The CELL TOUCH- Madgaon).After 4 month at the time of incoming and outgoing call the mobile automatically switched off .one time it rectified. They told that was software problem. After 4 days again same problem came . When reached same service center (Nokia unique biz solution Madgaon)they checked and told the UI shield gone. They told for changing this need to wait for 15 days . Without a solution how can I waiting for long days ? I am working in railway service and this device is essential thing for my job. Till they not provide a simple solution for that. I am fed up with this Nokia customer care service.
