this wonderful nokia is supposed to be shockproof. I' ve dropped it by accident. The result was burst in the carcass, making it impossible to keep the rubber part with the numbers and letters on it in place.
I went to Cell Access and they told me I can't get a new carcass. Taking into consideration how much this "special" Nokia had cost me, I am very disappointed regarding the service and availability of parts.

I really would appreciate your reaction and action on this.
