no audio of communcation via handset
A week ago I bought a new Nokia 5200 via internet. The "old one" was only 4 weeks old but the display got ckracked in my pocket. So, that was something I caused. A few days after I bought the new Nokia 5200 on internet, I can only hear sounds of the converstation via the loudspeaker. The handset sound does not work, as if MUTE was switched on but it is not. I have tried to solve this problem by resetting the mobile but nothing seems to help.
I already had a dispute with the company that sold me this mobile because they deliverd it without a memory card. I had to use my "old" memory card and, of course, my "old" sim card. They are not answering my previous question about the memory card and it is 100% certain that they will again not react.
How can I get any proper service? I paid for the first phone around 350 us dollar and for the second (without sim, memory card) 150 us dollar.
I really hope that somebody can help me with this problem! Thanks in anticipation.

there is some problem regarding vibration in the set. i was given a retun date of 10 april, 08.
today is 17 april, 08... still i have not recevd any detail about my phone set. pls look into the matter seriously...

handset replacement
I have given my NOKIA 5200 handset for repairing on 15/10/2007. As per the service center persons, the set was repairable so they said they will replace the old one. Till date, there is neither response from Company nor from ASC.

PRODUCT QUALITY
When I purchased the Nokia5200 mobile it was working but after 2 days it got off & never got on. I tried to change it but the display was "MOBILE CHARGER NOT SUPPORTED". I want this to be replacedby new one because I have face problem from the dy 3rd after paying full amount for new mobile.
So take this problem will not sorted out within a weak time, i will have to take legal action

Bad service !
I bought this set for Rs 6300 and the quality is so much bad that i cannot explain. I think we indians are made stupid by these foreign companies especially we the customers. This handset i bought on 1st june 2007 but it started showing colors right from the day i bought one cannot unveiled its speakers which they claim are of best quality are the worst ones. I feel that they don't care for themselves. One day this company will be drowned if they keep on supplying bad quality phones and they will face an extremely big problem. Now i have thought that if they don't replace the cell phone then i m sure to knock the gates of court and drag them out. Today is 4th august 2007 and i don't know what to do if my problem is not solved. BEWARE of NOKIA!

NO customer care!
When i went to customer care they told me that these problems are common u must not be afraid. They said to me that we cannot do any thing becoz we are only workers we are not gm or manager. I thought that workers are of this type so what good i can of the gm or even the company owner. Third class!

Ringer problem
Nokia 5200 is a third class handset i had purchased this handset 8 months ago. After 4 months i faced a problem with the ringer. The company replaced the ringer after 21 days. But now after 2 months i am again facing the same problem i think there is manufacturing defect in this handset and the company should look out to solve this problem or else stop manufacturing this handset.
Nokia priority dealers are not ready to co-operate as they say this problem is on national level & we cant do anything.

Problem with Nokia 5200
I have purchased a NOKIA 5200 Mobile phone on February 11, 2007. On 31.03.2007 suddenly there was no sound with the Loud speakers. On 01.03.2007 I went to the nearby Nokia Care at Velachery and they confirmed that it was Speakers that got open and since they did not have the parts, I was asked to go to Mount Road for repair (NOKIA CARE).
The next day (i have to take leave on that day)I went to the other Service centre and was shocked to see that nearly 9 to 10 customers were there having the same phone with same problem.Just imagine how many would have suffered like me?
The job sheet was prepared and they said it will take nearly 3 days for repair. But when I contacted them on the third day they said that it will take one week to finish. Is this the Customer Care?
Should the Company make arrangements for the parts since this seem to be a regular problem??? The Company should also supply the parts to all the NokiaCare Units. Paying Rs.8000.00 and there is no phone for nearly 10 days? Is it not ridiculous?
Since this seem to be a common problem with the Model 5200, Company MUST take immediate action as early as possible.
Nowadays I recommend my circle of friends & relatives not to buy NOKIA anymore.
