I purchased Nokia 5610 Xpress Music from Zaharat Trading LLC (Dealer is Bell Tell-Ruwi), just 08 months completed, in May-09 month my GSM got hanged i went to Zaharat Trading, they suggest me to take it to Bell Tell, they lodge the complaint and sent it to factory and i received after 03 days. after some days it became same problem, again i went to Bell Tell (Ruwi) again they sent it to factory and same thing happened, like that i went to Bell Tell thrice, i really fad up with the services they provided me i asked them for replacement they denied that, than i asked them to change the battery cover, for that they asked me to be paid, becouse of them only that cover is loosen why should we bare that expenses.
I really sorry to say that i never expected such service from Nokia co.
please take necessary action and it should not happen to others.
