i have purched nokia 7610 in april07. but after one month the battery get discharged in just one day with out any use.i talk with thair customer care centre.they checked & found the problem & they agreed to change the battery.i had surrunder the battery on 4th oct. they give me the date of 20th oct.but till date i have not get my battery & the staff sitting thair have no manner how to talk with customer,they behave like they dont need more customer bcos they have the brand name.
so dear users " beware of nokia"
