I have supported Nokia for many years but I will never, never ever buy a Nokia again. I travel frequently and every time I arrive at my destination, the phone works, but the face is blank. I have spent a full day in Amsterdam traveling by public transport in a country I do not know. But to no prevail. I have tried many times to have it repaired, but lo and behold, when I get off the plane, the darn thing is not working. I then handed it in at Eaxctmobile in Johannesburg. Their service: Absolutely s**t. They eventually sent me a new N70. I opened it at the shop and..., believe it or not, the brand new one was faulty again!!!!!! I have now been waiting another two weeks, with only promises to hold on to. Take my advise: Stay away from Nokia and stay away from Exactmobile. They are BAD BAD news.....
