I had purchased Nokia E 75 mobile phone 2 weeks back for Hyper Panda super market.

The phone very frequently switches off and on every 5-10 minutes and after about 30 minutes completely goes off..

Also the phone hangs up during browsing. During attending a call the voice breaks ...

Contacted the Nokia customer care but problem not solved...they say the battery is loose, not intact. Fixed it by providing some paper shims...still the problem exists...

When ever i try to use my phone it is the off condition and lot of complaints from all my contacts that my phone is always switched off or not reachable.
