I have bought Nokia N97 Mini mobile on 31/03/2011. Three days ago suddenly touch screen was not working. Mobile still under warranty. but the authrized service center (Al Hazmi) charging for repair. Mobile no fell down or hit like any type of accident. I was used very carefully. They said touch screen is not covering the warranty. but it is not accetable because touch screen main part of this model mobile. Repair order No # 189472.
