I bought a Nokia N72 in October last year but a month back in May 2008 and the mobile is still in warranty period, i found that my phone was not working properly, it used to get hanged for a long period of time and the camera plus the keys also stopped functioning one day. I took the phone to RJ Tradelinks at Mahajan Market, Sitabuldi Nagpur where a person examined my phone and he wrote a complaint of liquid logged and tampering of handset (which i do not agree to with the second one) because no body is fool enough to tamper with his/her own mobile phone. He told me that the phone has to be sent to pune and u will receiving ur phone on June 10, 2008. I gave my phone on 23.5.2008, they sent my phone on 27.5.2008 i.e. 4 days after i gave my phone and today is July 2, 2008 which is a month and more i have not received my phone and everyday they are telling me u will get ur phone in 2-3 days when the next challan comes. I am really frustrated with the service u nokia people are providing and becoz of this u r losing faith between the consumers.

Hopeless service, hopeless product. A time will come when nobody will be interested in taking ur products, disgusting.

I have a nokia N72>. I was taking a photo for my daughter and suddenly i could not get into the gallery. I switched it off and then on but in vain. I went to a technician and he formated it, but again i got nothing, but losing all my contact numbers.

I purchased a NOKIA N72 phone somewhere in april 2007within amonth ofpurchaseit started giving troubles. The phone was getting continueously hanged ,Iwent and reported to Nokia care , it was replaced once by Nokia care at Fonix mill compound , Mumbai after several repairing efforts. the replacement allso started giving same trouble I had to go to the Nokia care office three to four times as after repairing it was failing again within a week. Ihave spent enough on this .. I want to replace with some other model . Tired of repairing efforts and wasting time , money and herrasment. do i have to approach CUSTOMER FORUM for this ? Please reply for further course of actions

I bought a Nokia N72 in June 2007 and after around a month it started malfunctioning! The music gallery keeps showing up automatically and hence I am unable to use any other feature of the phone (not even calling and receiving calls). I went to the Nokia Care (in M2K rohini, delhi) and they said there was a problem with the software (some virus) and hence they had to change the software and the company doesn't give any warranty for the software and hence I had to pay for the same. I did pay that time and after changing of the software it worked properly for 2 days and again the same problem. Now again I took it to the Nokia Care (the same one) and now he says the keypad's keys have been shorted and they have to change the module and I have to pay them again. I don't understand what is warranty for if I have to pay them again and again and that too for the same problem. I have also decided never to buy a Nokia product ever again! It sucks big-time. I am a Software Engineer by profession. We also develop products but we support our clients and customers much better!

I had brought an handset N72 in month of July 2007. After using for 1-2 months I found that my handset was hanging frequently then on one day its keypad was not working, then on 22/09/2007 I visited their service center at A-78,sector-2 Noida, My Handset was taken for repairs job number is 1200201425 and they told they will give it back in a week time. Next Week I had been told that my handset was irreparable and we will swap your handset in 10 days time. Till Date I haven't received my handset every time I call the service center they tell it will take another one week for replacement. This type of services are never expected by me with Nokia, I am also planning for registering complaint in Consumer court regarding the services
