bad sets and bad service
hi, i had purchased nokia e 61i 1 year back. it never functioned properly from day1.nokia service centres keep the set for 1 month, and give it back with no improvement in functioning .this has been done three times during warranty period. warranty expired 3 days back and suddenly the set is not switching on.now the service centre is demanding 80% of the cost for repairing it.why is nokia such a bad company in spite of so much of sales.i was surprised with the crowd at the service centre, it seems all sets of nokia are bought only to be repaired and customer is subjected to harrasement for buying nokia.please advice as to what can i do the atleast make a report of my problem to the company

Simcard theft
Sir,
My son, Er.Shahul Hameed, is working abroad. He left his Nokia cell phone in my house and that was rarely used by my wife.
Yesterday, Thursday August 13, 2009; it was stolen by some visitors of the house. The cell number is 96298 78470.
The address of the house is Number 15, Cazy Street, Pondicherry-605 001, India.
I request you to kindly make necessary arrangement to suspend the use of that number by the Thief; so that, he/she can not mis-use the same.

DISGUSTING SERVICE OF NOKIA PRIORITY DEALERS & NOKIA CARES
I had purchased NOKIA N86 not even a month now. The front panel facia has cracked and i have been running from pillar to post to exchange the front panel but the Nokia Priority dealers & the Nokia care centres are saying that Nokia takes min. two months to make new model accessories or parts available with their outlets. I ve contacted their customer care thru mail and the people sitting in their call centres and contact centres show attitude not service.
They have made themselvs very clear that they are doing monopoly business and consumers have to bear with their services of such quality. Bull shit..!!
Their Nokia care centre and Nokia Priority dealers have say that "Market leaders take time... consumers have no choice but to bear the brunt"

Unwanted messages & charging
I am a customer of Watania and staying in Kuwait. Recently I started receiving ring tone messages from mazook.com and my balance is getting reduced eventhough the said ringtone is not downloaded.
