I received an email saying i won 315, 000 lbs. I've gotten confirmation from Nokia that this is a scam. Do not send these theives any information or money whatsoever.

I have received a sms that I have won 600 000.00 Euro and a cell phone. I replied back with the claim form. I was later on e-mailed by DHL, saying that I am responsible for shipping cost.

Reading other e-mails on nokia web sites, I realize this is all a scam.

God only knows why you are sending me a link as to the which shops are services points..My phone is already in your care or at whatever service station in JHB South Africa and has been for the last month and a half. I don’t care about the progress any more as I was told the phone would take approximately 2-3 weeks to fix. I have tried via e-mail and by phone but have had no response as to where the phone might be and why it is taking so long to repair. I am fed up with the service and just want the phone back so that I can take it back to the people who sold it to me so I can get my money back and by a different phone as I do not want my time, money or patience wasted waiting for you or any of your incompetent staff inconveniencing me anymore. I have been without this phone for 3 months now and do not want to be without a phone for another 3 months. Do you people not understand that the reason I bought the phone in the first place was because I had the upmost respect for nokia before I had to deal with this and was under the impression the phone would help me in my day to day life with the running of my business. As it is I have already lost numerous jobs and income due to this. All I want is the dam phone back as I am not prepared to wait any longer. Do you idiotic people not understand ?? Even your customer care line promised to call me within 48 hours to inform me of the progress on my phone but even they have still to call me back and it is already over the 48 hour period.

I purchased a Nokia N800 Internaet Tablet thru Amazon.Com and there was a display problem. I was trying to get warranty service to get it repaired. Nokia rudely advised that the warranty was expired even though I hadn't received the unit until a week or so after I ordered it which would have put the unit under warranty.

They advised that the warranty starts at the date of purchase and not when I received the unit which in many of my Amazon orders could vary between a few days to a few weeks. I would just like to advise folks of this so that you're aware that any delays in an order shortens the warranty. It may not be an issue for warranties 1 year and out, but for stuff that only have a 90 day warranty, it could be an issue.

Nokia has one of the worst Customer Service and warranty policies that I've run in to. I will never purchase another Nokia product and will advise my friends and company to do the same.
