Fraud
Hallo !
I am very happy that sites like this exist so that they protect people, as fortunately happened to me. I received an sms from Nokia, saying that i had won 275.000 euros and that i had to pay the delivery service, almost 600 euros and that everything would be fine. I also had a telephone nr to contact to, and although it should be in Europe, it was after all connected to China. I sent some personal information, my name and a work address.
Fortunately i searched for this before it was too late and send money as well and it is so clear that it is a frraud. When I called the nr to say that i was not interested in the prize and that in the internet i found that it was a fraud, this woman just said:ok, goodbye. If it was real, she would never hang up this way...

Bad service
I have purchased a Nokia 6300 from Soul company last July 2006
Since March this year the phone started palying up. I went to soul and I dpropped my phone for service and they have informed me that the phone still under Nokia's warranty.
The phone had returned back to me within 2 to 3 weeks (had no phone) and it was unrepaired, as a result of that I sent my phone twice to them and with no good outcome. waiting another 6 weeks

Soul company suggested to go to the company directly to drop off the phone... I did as they suggested on 20/06/08 Friday and here again where the bad service started
1. Poorly customer service of showing any sympathy for the time I wasted since March
2. Customer service representative has informed me that the phone will be ready next Tuesday
3. I have showed him a receipt of my purchase including warranty

Today 07/07/08 Phone has not been returned to me yet.. I called them more than 8 times, Once they said the phone is expensive to repair so it better ifyou buy a new one.
Then when I showed them again and again the warranty, they said ok we will replace it and it will be deliver to you, I have received nothing so far

I called today again 07/07/08 to find out what happened with the delivery, the person I spoke to, he said there is no new phone will be delivered, we actually fixed your phone up... I gave up with them and still I havent received my phone.

I tried to speak to a manager or any one in charge, their excuse is that they are busy on other calls and they refused to returned my phone calls... BAD SERVICE

Please help me here... They are the worse I ever dealt with in my life.

Nokia phone not working
I have been a customer of Three mobile for the last five years with no problem. the problem is that i took a new contract out in July 2007 on a nokia 6288 white, February this year i had a fault with my phone and sent it back for repair, it came back and still had the same problem, i phoned them back up with the problem and they said they could exchange the phone for a same or greater model which when they sent me the phone it was a nokia 6280 black which was still faulty they then sent me another nokia 6280 black which i received 14 days ago and from the day i had it i could not receive or make calls and everything kept popping up on the screen. I phoned them up with the problem and all Three support team have done is pass me from one to another sales person they then told me they would send me a new Sim card to see if that would solve the problem which it did not. I was told by one of the sales person that the phone had been booked in as faulty before, so i have asked them if they could exchange the phone for one in working order and they have told me to pay £25, i refused, they will only send it back for a 3day repair which i disagree with as it was a faulty good they sent me in the first place. I have always had nokia phones and i have never had a problem with them until now, i would like to know where i stand and should i be able to have a replacement phone. Another thing i would like to ask is what is the difference between 6280 and 6288 as my contract is for a 6288 white and they have exchanged it with 6280 black which Three have told me is the better phone.

Terrible service
I gave my nokia mobile 6260 for repair, they took one week to repair, after that the interesting thing is that they checked and gave it to me saying everything is ok but when i used i got the same pbm for which i gave for repair (3 pbms out of 1 was repeated) when i went over there, i got a blunt answer from them saying leave the mobile again so that we can check it again.

How would customer would feel, for that repair i paid Rs. 1450/- by cash and still i didn't received my mobile.

Nokia promotion
I have received a text message from + 2348054744961 which says the following:

Congratulations: Your mobile number has won you 953, 000 pounds in the ongoing Nokia promo, contact [email protected] and call +2348034766978.

Further to which i received a call from them saying that i should send them the courier charges and some other charges which makes upto US$900 and subsequently they will send my cheque to my address. Their officer's name is Ivaivbunu Kevin.

Please verify whether this is a hoax or should i send them the money. I shall highly appreciate your immediate response in this regard. Is there any ongoing promotion from Nokia which is going on??

Terrible quality product
Well I am 16 i saved up $200 to go and buy my new Nokia 5300. I was so happy with myself that i had finally saved up the $200 to buy it. Well four days after i bought my new phone i pulled it out of my pocket and what do i see? My screen was black i some places with cracks in it. I was so shocked. I almost cried. I was very upset... Well my mother said we will go to the shop where you bought it and see what we can do.

We went to the shop the man said its going to cost $59 (Don't quote me on this) to send it away for them to Evan check if they will cover it under warranty. My mum argued with him for about 30 minutes. We left with my broken phone never to be fixed...

I was very upset... 3 months later here i am still with my broken phone. I'm currently using an old lg flip phone...

Well hopefully someone could help me out with getting my screen repaired...

Phone restarts and reboots
I have taken nokia mobile model 3110c in November and put 1GB memory card in it. Now it starts restarts and rebooting by itself. I have submitted it in Nokia care center, after listening the problem he told me that i must put 512Mb memory card in it rather than 1GB but in manual there is written that the handset has 2 GB expandable memory.

Free song CD code is not letting me to access the song
The free cd of songs present in the mobile box is not letting me The Owner of it to listen to the songs. In fact i have sent the code by SMS as directed and got the message that the code is not valid or it has been used. I have bought the mobile 2 months ago by a nokia Priority Store.
